public interface ProtocolVersion
The only reason to model this as an interface (as opposed to an enum type) is to accommodate
for custom protocol extensions. If you're connecting to a standard Apache Cassandra cluster, all
ProtocolVersion
s are DefaultProtocolVersion
instances.
